Great location! Only few minutes from the Grand Place. The staff is friendly, the room are well cleaned. The wi-fi is free also in the rooms, just ask the reception for a free access code.

I have nothing bad to say. The location is great and the rooms are fine. It's very close by to a burger place with tons of things about Tintin!

Sample the cheese @ breakfast there is one little treasure there. The Cakes in meetings coffee sets are amaaazing. Looking forward to see what they do with the place after refurbishments Jan 2014

Nice rooms, good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only dark point is no free wifi: apparently before Swisscom came, it was free. It is free in the lobby though.

The wifi here is terrible! It's free but what's the use when it takes forever to load! I wish they will charge - at least I have a choice of free/crap wifi or charged decent wifi

Skip the bland and overpriced breakfast in favor of the breakfast at lr Pain Quotidien on the other side of the square.

Recién reformado, mucho mejor que antes. Hay cafetera Nespresso en las habitaciones. ❤️

Harika otel, yeri, odaların boyu, yatağın rahatlığı, hele kahvaltısı mükemmel 5 yıldız otellerde bile bu kadar iyi değil..👏👏👍

Recomendable! Muy bonito, muy. Urna atención. Solo ojo con la limpieza. La persona que se encargaba del aseo de mi habitación, bastante descuidada.

Обычный европейский 4* отель. Плохая звукоизоляция. Чисто, дружелюбно. Завтрак - богатый шведский стол, но 25€ он,конечно, не стоит
