The pools are not free of smoking. People smoke in the pool, in the hot tub, they trash em like crazy. But the staff does a good job of cleaning up afterward.- They're very friendly at the leasing office. But miss paying rent by one day & the manager will turn into a completely mean creature!
- Clubhouse cannot be rented. No more than 2 people allowed with the resident if you're too noisy!
Great place to stay. Great neighbors and friends- Pet owners most often don't pick ip after their pets!
