Try the Salmon - What can I say. Perfectly done local northwest. Terrific leek and potato and corn broth. I'm making mine that way from now on!- Try the Potato Chip With Ramp Mayonaisse - Savory and salty house made chip with a rich luscious ramp from Appalachia. Only in season for a month or two. Wonderful!
Scott RoseApril 9, 2014Pleased with the 2014 Restaurant Week menu and wine pairings. We all had the halibut. It's bustling and popular and comfortable.- Try the Karaagi With Aioli And Arugula - We just learned what this is. Amazing salmon in a quick Japanese style deep fry. Yum!!!
- Try the Neah Bay King Salmon With Lardon, Argula And Fresh Peas - Yum! Awesome. Everyone would wish to be here having this
- Try the Smoked Trout Bramdade With Poached Egg And Kale - Yum. Way better than Wikipedia description of brandade
- Try the Strawberry With Pistachio Twill, Housemade Whipped Cream And Lemon Bar - What a flavor combo!
