I am an ice cream connoisseur who tries local specialty ice creams all over the world, and Berthillon makes the best! Their Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate are the flavors to get. Go multiple times!

I know you can find Berthillon on several places in Paris, but if you want to know all the flavors and try some new ones, that's the place to come! Ignore the line, be brave and enjoy after.

Definitely get two scoops. They’re small and it’s imperative that you try their seasonal flavors. My favorites are Fraise du Bois and Marron Glacé.

Pear and cassis sorbets very, very good. My friend tried the chocolate (good), and grand marnier (superb). Many wonderful flavours to try.

The flavors are true to their names. If you are me: yes to: cocoa (bitter, intense), rhum raisin (créole), hazelnut (noisette) and no to: pistache and salted caramel

Cacao (extra bitter darn chocolate) is the best! Darkest chocolate ice cream I've ever had in my life. Goes great with raspberry too, which is very bold and tart.

Located on a small, side street, Bertillon specializes in small batch, seasonal and absolutely delicious ice cream. From melon to chocolate, you must try all of their flavors.

This ice cream is very famous in Paris. After standing in line at this shop, I learned that other shops in the island also sell berthillon.

Totally amaze balls. Delightful experience, delicious, often changing selection of ice cream flavours and amazing hot chocolate. Better than Angelina IMHO, and no queue when we went (in winter).

Get in line to wait for the best ice cream in Paris. Truly a taste sensation, no matter what the flavor. I got dark chocolate and hazelnut, which did not disappoint.

The poire (pear) is like biting straight into pear nectar. Went back for a second scoop!! The framboise (raspberry) was straight-up jammy - great for the first few bites then way too intense.

They're so hard to find because of weird hours and days of operation but it is SO worth it. Quite possibly the best ice cream - ever. Anywhere. In the world.

Delicious & fine ice cream quality. Not too sweet like typical American ice cream including the waffle cone. Price is on the high side.

Really expensive but the ice cream is delicious!! You have to try Mandarine and Cerise (cherry). Coconut is also very good!

need to bring cash, they don't take credit cards. Also, be prepared to walk away w/ ur ice cream, there's no seating. A restaurant around the corner serves Berthillon ice cream if u want to sit

Simply outstanding! The roasted pineapple was magnificent but the chocolate is the golden standard.
