- Don't judge all Asians in this community just by what you see. There are a lot of nice and respectable Asians in this community.

- much like the tip I left for Canal st in Chinatown Manhattan, steer clear if you're in a hurry or have no patience. You WILL get stuck behind slow walkers or run over by strollers.
- Take mass transit...driving through 8th avenue is like a animal house and finding a parking spot is almost impossible!
- Avoid wearing flip-flops/sandals when walking through the streets of 8th ave as you risk stepping into the wonderful puddles of garbage/fish water that seems to be everywhere.
- Prime place for egg shopping during halloween season, $2.50 for a 36 pack!?!? You cant go wrong.
- Avoid the streets with fish markets! They are very dirty & smelly :[
