- Ivy LaiDecember 20, 2016Elderly will sit and hog the seats for chatting sessions. Mixed veg rice is a daylight robbery. The bread set has a pathetic amt of butter given. Other than the air-con, I Dun see any reason visiting.

- If u want to enjoy a bit of UN community come after 9 pm..u have the locals with a gd mixed of Indian Chinese Europeans Vietnamese Filipino Burmese etc the Europeans love it bcause cheap food n booze!
- A must try the ramen (chicken/pork) just ask auntie to add kimchi and ask more kimchi on the side it works on me just try asking politely :)

- xiao haoSeptember 5, 2011This place is really overcrowding. Customers have difficulties finding place to queue, to find a place to sit and to get to the seats. Even the clearers cannot find the space to clear the used plates!

- The steamed vegetarian white beehoon is excellent add just the fried beancurd crackers for only 2 dollars n don't forget the spicy chilli value for money!

- Try the rolled bun nxt door pastry shop. Rolled like popiah mayo lettuce egg n pork floss...very tasty moist n fresh at only 1.50 per piece!
- the aunties here hu clear the plates, very wu standard cos they speak perfect english and serve wit great attitude! :)
- At the pastry stall...do try the shanghai fried vege pao..not too oily..for only 80 cents a pc..also good is the rose scented cheese bun..unique flavor!
- Try the porridge stall...I like the smooth fish porridge on a raining day..add in one stewed egg...perfect!
- The chicken rice is average but the chilli sauce has a unique tangy flavor smething different compared to others..if only they stop using the chopper to flatten the meat.. madness stupid idea!
- The chee cheong fun @ 2.00 is quite filling but b sure to check first whether they just arrived or over nite?

- The QQ Ramen at the Ban Mian Fish Soup stall is quite decent. Worth a try!
- The cheese bun po lo ala HK style is quite savory...just a dollar @ kueh kueh stall
