First stay at the west wing, has a large bathroom and a walk in robe. Much prefer the North wing, different decor for a different experience. Credit goes to the friendly staff, always...

Executive Club room at the 24th floor of the South Tower has an amazing view of Singapore skyline from a private balcony. Those LeLabo stuff is one of the better smelling products I've had in a hotel.

Look for the super friendly doorman by the door to Raffles City mall. He is the happiest man on the planet. Get yourself Fairmont membership in order to get the wifi access for free when you're staying for the first time. But double check if your room has good coverage.
J CheungJanuary 29, 2016Almost everything was world class. Especially the staff, I'm sure the management should also take credit. Overall, 10 for rooms, 10 for services, 8 for food, 10 for front desk, &the 2 door person 20!

Classy hotel, attached to Raffles City Mall, very good buffet breakfast at Prego, decent workout facility attached to spa.

Great pool, spa, and fitness facilities. Excellent location.
Prego is good. The Sunday brunch is marvellous and the service by the folks is good.
Basic room is fine, no need for deluxe or else. The higher floor the better view. Bay view is better than city view because other buildings are higher
