- Vinicius JucáSeptember 22, 2014Very nice and helpful staff! Bike was great and trip to Sausalito/Tiburon was worth it! They'll show a video with route and the dist. to those places. Getting the bike on/off the ferry was a breeze.
- Jane BaileyJuly 2, 2015Awesome super helpful and accommodating staff. Great ride over bridge. Ride after bridge to sausalito is a little scarey. Downhill and close to traffic
- C BaileyJune 30, 2015Such an amazing friendly staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. Will not forget our bike trip across the Golden Gate Bridge.
- Daniel BrunsdonMarch 31, 2013You'll love the biking experience, but think twice about the ferry ride back. The reserve system turns into first come, first serve, and the process of getting your bikes off is extremely cumbersome.
- katrienSeptember 19, 2015awesome bunch of people that work here! Great bike ride across the bridge - sweet way to explore the area.
- Carmen MagarMarch 21, 2016Come here if you want to be cheered on like a rock star for a bike ride over the Golden Gate. Perfectly fine bikes, nothing to call home about.
- Hostelling InternationalJune 13, 2011The guy at Blazing Saddles mapped out a great route. Be sure to say you are staying at the hostel. We got $10 off the day's rental. Fabulous day!
- Cynthia 🌙 GoddessJune 20, 2011So much fun to do - great for beginners and tourists not used to hills - follow the path and it's just 2 steep uphills - push the bike if you have to!
- Niklas Lillevars SommerFebruary 20, 2019Really nice people at the bike rental. Decent prices and good quality bikes.
- SFkids.orgFebruary 3, 2011Great provider of bike rentals, maps, and guided tours in the City, over the Golden Gate Bridge, and through the mountains of Marin.
- Nilay YucedagAugust 14, 2017Only focused on selling more to the clueless tourists."Most popular" bike is not very different than the cheapest one but they're trying to make you rent it.At least they're kind-except Bruce the rude
- RenaAugust 17, 2013Rude employees and beware if you take ferry back from Sausalito on peak days. Your ticket is first come first serve and you could end up waiting in line for couple hours to get ferry home.
- StephanieFebruary 16, 2011Ride over the bridge and into Sausalito. No need to go any further than that. Great views - nice way to spend a few hours and see a lot of the city.
- Natalie LeeJuly 6, 2015Awesome service! Employees are on the lookout throughout the areas to help you.
- Olaf BottekSeptember 2, 2012Check prices on ferry, might be cheaper than their prices. Also check what they charge at the end - they might "overlook" something. "Deluxe bike" is their way "old". Mine hasen't seen oil lately.
- Fabricio ScandovieriJanuary 8, 2011The bike Ride was amazing and the crew were perfect and friendly! I loved the 29er bike that i rented!
- Gilt CityApril 8, 2011No need to rush on back if your travels prove too tempting. Blazing Saddles offers 24-hour drop-off at their Hyde Street location.
- thew MattMarch 11, 2011The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met in the tourism industry. Really great experience.
- Stan SimmonsSeptember 8, 2010The trip over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and Tiburon is a must (as is the ferry back to Pier 39). Read more
- cmyplniAugust 2, 2015Terrible bike riding experience w/ Blazing Saddles. Old bikes that will break and you will experience one of the worst customer services of your life that will make your dream day at SF a nightmare.
- Spare the Air at www.sparetheair.orgMay 31, 2012Do you want to find your closest bike locker? http://511contracosta.org/bike-ped/bike-maps/
- Berna RSeptember 21, 2015Terrible bikes, terrible people attending if you ask for a different bike they complaint. Their bikes are just terrible better go to san Francisco bycicle rentals they give you specialized bikes
- Lawrence TseOctober 12, 2010Never use the ferry tickets they give you. Just buy them in the ferry. Example: Sausalito to SF only costs $8.25 in the ferry but the ticket Blazing Saddles give you will cost you $10.
- simMarch 9, 2010"pay for what you use" starts the second you sign your card auth. get on your bike asap, or you'll be charged for non-biking time, and won't know any better. mgr natalie terse/condescending. beware.
Use-o e devolva o ticket.
