    Ask for Erica. She's this older Filipino lady that's hella nice and is the truly the epitome great customer service. Also, like any other bank, try to avoid banking there on Fridays!

    The ATMs seem to have a lot of problems. Avoid using these ATMs late at night on a weekend.
