Great location right in the shopping district and just a stone throw away from BTS station really convenient to move around the city. Plenty of food options around too.

This hotel is very near to MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery & other shopping malls. Plus, its just next to Siam BTS Skytrain. Night market along the shoplots give great deals!

This place has one of the best Dim Sum buffet I've ever tried. The environment is good and the food is even better! Certainly worth a try!

Great hotel location as you are close to several shopping centers, the SkyTrain Siam Station and Food Hall @ Siam Paragon. Across Hotel is Lek Massage (fantastic value).

The room has ample power outlet. Easy to charge all your devices. The bathroom has a bidet spray.

The location of the hotel is 5 stars as it is at the busiest spot in Siam square! However the service is bad as many things in the room are not provided and have to request to supply!

Breakfast at The Square has a good selection of Asian and Western sumptuous delights. Try their fresh mixed fruit juice at fruits area.

Food at the Square is delicious. Surprisingly, concierge doesn't know much about the surrounding area.

Not as good as before. This time round the room I had is rather new but the shower head water is way too small. I had hard time washing my thick messy hair!! And their hair dryer sucks!!!

The tour desk officers are grumpy skeptical ladies. Novotel HR should train them to be more friendly and helpful.

Favorite hotel of this longing lonely traveller. Shower glass wall that gets frosted when u hit the privacy button. Cool.

Disappointing experience. Recently renovated rooms had strong paint smell and paint drips everywhere. Changed to a slightly less smelly room, but still not acceptable. Not 4.5 star level.

Dont book the STANDARD ROOM the forniture and toilet is still old! If u did, just upgrade the room
