MedhiFebruary 19, 2018They need to hire proper cleaning staff. Rooms are full of dust, sometimes smelly. And the air conditioning is way too loud. It's a no go if you want some proper rest.

The duplex suites are, um, sweet. Better views on the Sukhumvit side.
- I don't think S31 is "REAL" hotel. While we are swimming in the pool, the camera team came and started setup without any explanation or execuse. Hotel should have service mind firmly.
