Their tomales are awesome, and the dessert tomales blew me away. Strawberry tomal w/side of whipped cream. The guy came out of the kitchen to talk to us about his food, very friendly!

After looking for great tamales since moving to Iowa in 1995, I believe I have finally found them. Very friendly family ran business. What a surprise!

Amazing food! The two tamale meal is the perfect size and the soup that is served before was a delicious surprise.

Expect a cup of soup instead of chips and salsa. The tamales are outstanding.
