CBM February 24, 2013Rainbow trout is pink on the bone and delicious. Comes with pink and red beets, and mashed aubergine. I also tucked into Tom's polenta, which was better than a brownie.

I had the raw veal here and it was very good. Also recommending the home made raspberry ripple ice-cream. Great place, real buzz, hard to get a table so book ahead.
