- Carol BurnierApril 19, 2014From the first bite of the chicken liver paté on toast, I knew this was going to be a memorable experience. The main was possibly the best lamb I've had. Staff is wonderful, listen to their tips
- CBM February 24, 2013Rainbow trout is pink on the bone and delicious. Comes with pink and red beets, and mashed aubergine. I also tucked into Tom's polenta, which was better than a brownie.
- Daren WilliamsOctober 25, 2019Definitely the pasta - the beef shin ragu is excellent! Very tasty aubergine main, and outstanding lemon tart for dessert
- VladimirJune 24, 2017I would lie, cheat and steal to eat here as often as I can. There is always a vegetarian option on the ever-changing menu and the wine list is a treasure trove.
- Levent AkgermanFebruary 12, 2023Monthly changing menus: fettucine with ragu of Mangalitsa pigs from Hungary, papardelle with shin, spaghettini with shetland mussels, etc.
- Natalia QuinteroMarch 19, 2016This Italian spot is great with a few friends because it means you get to share a bunch of the delicious, seasonal offerings.
- steenNovember 23, 2022Need to make a reservation as it gets booked up. request to sit upstairs in your reservation comments. Pasta is incredible
- A.February 21, 2012Good Italian food. Informal setting, attentive service and great meat dishes. For veggies the tagliatelle with Amalfi lemon and parmesan is sublime but Jerusalem artichoke crepe is missing something.
- Jaimes LeggettJune 15, 2012Try everything... Start at the top of the menu and work your way down (might be worth taking a few friends). Seriously good food. Staff seem lovely too.
- Miranda SkyMay 3, 2012Superb restaurant. Delicious food served by knowledgeable staff in thoughtfully, but not overly, designed setting. Agree with Andrea S. - do not miss the beef shin papardelle.
- Angela LiuJuly 22, 2019Friendly service and great pasta - if only they have more choices on their daily changing menu!
- Paulo RementeriaJuly 21, 2018What a nice place and amazing food. Service was excellent. I took the burrata & the pappardelle, I recommend both.
- Jeremy SOctober 9, 2013Food very good but sizzling fat smell from cpork chops in open flame bit over powering maybe downstairs better staff lovley very freindly stuffed figs very good indeed
- Audrey QAugust 15, 2012Great local restaurant. Menu is considered and the service is faultless. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. Lovely restaurant!
- Anna SzypkowskaMarch 31, 2018Very good food although a bit pricey. We loved papardelle al ragu and a hake the most!
- Lisa HaywardApril 3, 2015Could have eaten everything on the menu. The beef ragu really is as good as they say. Can't wait to return.
- Lucho Osorio-CortesFebruary 2, 2013Superb! The fried thin strips of pig's ears with anchovies dip are a delicacy. Great service. Good value for money.
- Neil AndersonOctober 12, 2018Excellent fresh ingredients, sophisticated dishes, perfect pasta al dente, sublime panna cotta. Classy.
- Lena RobinsonDecember 6, 2013Try the brussel sprouts with pancetta, chestnuts & Gorgonzola .... Devine. And the service is impeccable.
- Spencer ThursfieldFebruary 18, 2015V cool idea to help local charity as small addition to bill. Think about upping the donation by asking staff or check out www.manorgardenscentre.org
- I had the raw veal here and it was very good. Also recommending the home made raspberry ripple ice-cream. Great place, real buzz, hard to get a table so book ahead.
- Russell BarnesOctober 3, 2016Chicken liver pappardelle was a tasty starter, but otherwise food felt a touch over-rated (monkfish w. squid ink polenta was v pricey, but so-so). Sadly the beef shin ragu wasn't on when we went :\
- jason pSeptember 17, 2017Great ragu, nice service. Crab linguini was ok but lacked salt and brown crab
- Janicke Summer E.September 27, 2013If you leave this place without trying the Beef Shin Ragu, you're a fool. A FOOL!
- Metro.co.ukSeptember 10, 2010Trullo features super-friendly staff, niftily priced wine and a funky laid-back space - the food's not bad either, by the way. Metro gave it 3 out of 5 Stars. Read more
- Lauren Rubin TileyFebruary 14, 2012If you're with an Arsenal fan who insists on going to Emirates Stadium, insist on dinner here. But you must make reservations!
- A ShaSeptember 17, 2018Disappointing service, with staff telling us twice to hurry up with our dinner, which should not happen in restaurants at this price point.
- Clea RomeoNovember 7, 2014I thought it was very average. The waitress was very surly and the food was only average. The beef shin pappardelle was nice but the lamb special wasn't great
- Abigail WalkerJune 12, 2010Make sure you have everything . The pasta, meat, wine is all increadible, and the service cordial and low key- a real winner
- AlbaSeptember 16, 2018Rude service. Were told at the beginning to hurry up with our food order and were (kindly) kicked out the second we finished our last plate.
- Prins PoloJanuary 23, 2018Good food and disorganized, lukewarm service. If you’re after pasta, skip Trullo and head to their sister restaurant Padella
