You can find a delicious vegetarian ramen here consisting of miso and butternut squash broth with rich and satisfying noodles. Also good is the classic, thick pork ramen with buttermilk fried chicken. Read more

We've long been fans of Richie Nakano's ramen bowls. All components - from the balanced broth to the handmade non-alkaline noodles, seasonal vegetables and sous vide eggs - are made with precision. Read more

Hapa Ramen, the pop-up ramen sensation, finally has a permanent home. Try the buttermilk steamed buns and the duck ramen with crispy duck confit leg and slow-cooked duck broth. Read more

Super pricey. Really amazing veggie ramen, but none of the ramen comes with an egg... Which is astounding since every other ramen place does this. They're $3! Making the veggie ramen $19...

I loved the rich and spicy tonkatsu broth but did not like the chili noodles that came with it. Were I to order again I would ask them to substitute regular noodles.

The buns are amazing, which means the fried chicken (which is in the Hapa Ramen) is holy moly good. But then the rest is just ok - no hot sake, super al dente noodles, $3 slow egg was a mess.

Skip the ramen and share a bunch of the small plates; the brussel sprouts are especially great.

We tried the brisket okonomiyaki, the hapa ramen, & the miso market ramen (veg). Ramen was ok, nothing to write home about. Pass on the okonomiyaki. Cocktails were fantastic.

Slow Roasted Pork Ramen is a winner. Pork is so tender and flavorful. Broth is deep in flavor. You'll enjoy this if you like noodles!

We’d waited years to slurp up a bowl of Richie Nakano’s ramen. By the time we got to the bottom of the Big Daddy Bowl, we were kicking ourselves for waiting so long.

Hapa Ramen was some of the worst ramen I've ever eaten. The pork was sad & pale, the broth was flavorless, & the fried chicken forgetful. The kimchi was pretty putrid (that's so sad). DO NOT EAT.

I would not recommend this place because the line for food is very long and the wait makes it not worth it. To many other good placesin the area.
