    In order to issue a visa, they require you to be physically present in DC. Even Iceland can issue it from NY for God's sake... This place is optimized to make your life as difficult as possible.

    Going for my fifth Schengen visa application. EU should drop its onerous visa requirements for non-Schengen countries. It is a colossal waste of time for everybody involved.
