Showers are wonderfully refreshing after coming off an international flight. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind.
Christian SperliJune 1, 2014Nice lounge, small and quiet. Very friendly staff and good selection of appetisers, though limited variety. Veuve Clicquot is the only champagne option. Showers available.

if you arrive on an International flight in first class on United, you can use this as an "arrival" lounge as well.
I love that they always have shrimp cocktail and instant noodles.
NJAMarch 26, 2013This has to be among the worst first class lounge-even many business class lounges are nicer. At least it was quiet and private.
