    If u r a premier customer and lining up for counter services, make sure u get a ticket queue number for the non-premier line too. The one person who works the premier counter takes her own sweet time

    Worst premier counter in the world. Customer need to long line to waiting. Why HSBC don't willing to arrange enough staff?!
