Breakfast is good and amenities are solid. Parking is ample but costs too much. Hidden fees make bookings significantly higher, internet is wonky. Very clean and staff is friendly. They take pets!
Rooms are clean and spacious. We were on the 3rd floor. Free nice breakfast and decent wifi. All in all a pretty good hotel for the price! And the metro is half a block away or 3 minutes.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff, free wifi in rooms. Foursquare deal for free PPV is excellent. Outside not so nice but just bus or cab. Hotel cab service is hit & miss. Flat fare but play it smart!

- Seto CanJanuary 5, 2017The room was spacious and clean. But the breakfast was not nice as there was no order. The msin problem was that noone was not listening to you and a bit rude. Overall it is an average stay.

You can walk to the Vermont / Santa Monica Metro Station and the subway will take you straight to Universal Studios for$1.25. Why pay $20 to park? Read more

It's cheap, the rooms are somewhat worn down, but they are alright. The breakfast is shitty, but free.

Gigi ThecoastMarch 15, 2012Save yourself the trouble. The customer service is so awful I felt their policy was the customer is always wrong. They do construction at 9 AM. The hotel isn't even really close to much. Stay away!

Hotel ist ganz okay. Betten bequem, Personal gut, jedoch könnte das Interieur mal erneuert werden. Der Lift ist zudem extreeeem langsam. Zudem empfehle ich ein Zimmer mit Sicht in den Innenhof.
