Really good hotel if you're in NYC on vacation. Just a short walk to five different subway stations. Skip the hotel breakfast and head for Ground support a short walk north in SoHo.
NycGalJanuary 14, 2015If you are a first time visitor in NYC you will not like the location. However if you know the city well like me the location is superb. Rooms a bit small but this is NYC.wifi is free for spg members.

StephanyOctober 19, 2018The view from the rooftop terrace is amazeballs. Take the elevator to the 21sr floor and it’s at the end of the hall.
The gym is on the second floor and quite nice. It also echoes through the walls of said floor and will wake you up in the am. Ask for a different floor than 2/3.

Ask for a room on the Lispenard Street side of the building. For one thing, it's a lot quieter than Canal, plus, you can look right into the windows of Z100 if you're on a low floor! JJ strips at 4p!

The Club Lounge is on the 21st Floor - not the 20th. And it does have great views! Plus hot breakfast in the AM and hors d'oeuvres in the PM.
The Front Desk staff was amazing. Walkable to a lot of great stuff in TriBeCa, SoHo, and Nolita

Take advantage of a quick drink at the bar. The 90+ wine tasting is worth $5 and good way to end or start an evening.
Furkan YükselJuly 13, 2017Very good location for public transportation in NYC. But room wasn't enough clean and was smelling. Also rooms are quite small but I think its NYC standarts.
Room service breakfast is super convenient but I also recommend grabbing a quick bagel next door @TriBeCa bagel.
They are frequently overbooked and will check you out mistakenly or put you in an already occupied room sometimes. So be aware.

I must say that at first I was concern with the area, but it turns out to be very convenient. Staff always freely and rooms very clean.

If you're a platinum SPG member u can use the club lounge on 20. One of the best views in manhattan!
Staff is nice — rooms are dated. Our a/c never worked despite multiple visits from engineering.- It should be really called Sheraton Chinatown. The rooms facing the main road are really noisy throughout the day. Avoid those. But it is in a convenient location.
David PowMay 28, 2014Poor service and infrastructure. Unhelpful staff. Not worth the money. Not even up to Four Points Sheraton standard. A total joke. A shame for the Sheraton brand. The only positive is the location.
If there on the weekend, plenty of free street parking nearby around Hudson and Vestry Sts.
