Took my first class with Karyn. She guided me thru all the moves. I've been to three other instructors but none of them have been as attentive and cheerful as Karyn. She is the best!- K ZiggySeptember 17, 2011The class may look easy, but boy are you getting a good (hard) workout. Great that it is no impact to your joints too.
Sign up online for evening classes because they almost always fill up!- K ZiggySeptember 15, 2011Parking enforcement will give you ticket at 8am so id you park out front be sure to look out for them :)
