Simple rooms, inexpensive & close to the train station Termini.

It's next to the train station BUT the shower is terrible, with little water and not hot enough, you have to pay €10 to use the air conditioner per day, extra tax of €2 per day per person

There is NO hot water, bad internet and only cash is accepted. Do not recommend. Reception is friendly and location is nice, next to railwaystation.
