Great location at old Scotland Yard, right by the river, Covent garden and all things lovely in London. Make sure you ask for a room with a view or a large room, though! ShaileshApril 6, 2019Extremely poor service. Had the maintenance guy get in my room despite the ‘DND’ sign & no maintenance issue & leave a ladder in the room. Power shut during the stay. Poor WiFi & restaurant service.

Try room 121 if you want a sauna-like room with faulty AC and windows painted shut.
