Enjoy the bike/running path. Take a moment and check out the surfers who hang out by the big rocks and smoke stacks. Sunsets are beautiful here!

This beach is near LAX airport. It is great if you want to spend your last hours in LA. However, there are no restaurants or shops near by.

Its surrounded by industry but is only a short drive from Manhattan Beach and El Segundo. Nice for a relaxing lunch break or an evening bonfire.

It's less crowded than Dockweiler and Manhattan Beach so you get to more privacy.

Wow, people apparently chose not to clean up after themselves! There was trash everywhere! The bathrooms were inhabitable. There was sticky tar that got stuck on my feet as well as on my beach gear.

5 meters. Most you need to start with a quarter or you lose your coins.

We found free parking on the sides of the road. Short "hike" down the hill and youre at the beach. Very nice. Not as crowded. Lots of Planes from LAX fly over.

It baffles me that in the state of CA there are no lifeguards on Saturdays. That would never be the case in Hawaii....weird.
