- It's less crowded than Dockweiler and Manhattan Beach so you get to more privacy.
- Wong BMeJuly 18, 2023Wow, people apparently chose not to clean up after themselves! There was trash everywhere! The bathrooms were inhabitable. There was sticky tar that got stuck on my feet as well as on my beach gear.
- If you go early you can use meter parking and spend less money to enjoy an hour or so at the beach.

- Becca DJune 27, 2014We found free parking on the sides of the road. Short "hike" down the hill and youre at the beach. Very nice. Not as crowded. Lots of Planes from LAX fly over.
- It baffles me that in the state of CA there are no lifeguards on Saturdays. That would never be the case in Hawaii....weird.
- There are 5 meters & each needs a quarter first to show time!
