Todd BidaApril 3, 2017Chicago is an amazing city of outdoor public art Picasso, Calder and this amazing Chagall. Great to visit especially as we celebrate the arrival of spring.
- The structure over the mural was added years after the mural's installation. It was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill & was put in place because Chagall's tiles were fading from sunlight.
