The lifeguards are awesome :) and if you're an early bird on mondays from 5 - 8 it is quite and not crowded so its perfect for a before breakfast swim

The Les Mills workout program is awesome. Both fun and sweaty; killing two birds with one stone! Always come out of the gym more energetic and enthusiastic!

You get to meet with a trainer every 6-8 weeks as part of your membership... where else can you get that?

The best time to use the pool is right at 5pm on Sat or Sun since family swim ends and pretty much everyone leaves.
