I've been coming here for years. Nothing will shape your body like this workout. I think Skipp is the best trainer they have. Give him a try on Mon/Tue/Fri mornings. Your fit body will thank you.

Spring is around the corner: there's nothing better than a week or month of unlimited classes (at 44% off) to get your best features in tip-top form. Be sure to bring socks with rubber grippers!

check out the neighborhood street parking. it's 2 hours free, but mind the signs - some parking is permit only!
