Samba is a haven for gluten-free foodies, since nearly everything (including the heavenly cheese rolls) is made with yucca or plantain instead of flour or wheat.

Get the rodisio ("all-you-can-eat") and not the a-la-cart. Especially if you are hungry. It is awesome!
