I agree that the maintenance is pretty slow, but these apartments are much safer than most in Indianapolis. I love how close to the mall this place is.- True the maintenance is on their stuff. The office is where I find the most inconsistency. Which is the most annoying thing to me. Get new office staff please!
The maintenance is awesome here. If you call something in, they are usually always on it within 24 hours.- 3 men were arrested in apartment building 1089. They were soliciting neighbors for baking goods for their "brownies".
- The internet service works fine. Make sure you buy the correct equipment. And watch them when they install it. AT&T guys have no idea what they are doing half the time.
I don't know why some people say the maintenance people aren't good here, we just had a guy come at 2am (while only waiting 20 minutes) to unclog our toilet. Thanks guys.
- For all those complaining about how bad polo run is, go. Live in westminster or park greenwood. They are FAR worse. Yes, polo run may not be the finest apt. place out there, but there are def worse.

Too small for how much money I pay and only offering dish it horrible!! I have heard from many friends that have lived here after they move out they got fined a lot of money for false repairs
