I almost use this train every day and I love the old yellow trains. Especially when you start your trip over the Oberbaumbrücke... ALWAYS and absolute sight! 😊

The end/start of the line. Handily located across from a few eateries and right by the tram line. The S Station is just up the road, too.

Exit here for the East Side Gallery of the Berlin Wall, Mercedes Benz Arena and Oberbaumbrücke (Oberbaum Bridge). Berlin Ostbahnhof is a 20 minute walk following the wall.

Freakigster Umsteigebahnhof Berlins.Hier ist immer was los - und man denkt an den Spruch: "Du bist verrückt, mein Kind, du musst nach Berlin! Da, wo die Verrückten sind, da gehörst du hin!"

Eines der ältesten Provisorien Berlins. Seit 1902 soll der Bahnhof über den nahe gelegenen S-Bahnhof verschoben werden. Daher auch die Ausführung wie eine Lagerhalle. War eigentlich nicht für ewig.

Nach dem Verlassen sofort links die Ampel auf die andere Brückenseite nehmen, um dem Wahnsinnauf der Brücke zu entgehen.

Der U-Bahnhof an der Warschauer Brücke wurde von Paul Wittig errichtet und am 17. August 1902 in Betrieb genommen. Er ist Endbahnhof der ersten Berliner Hochbahn-Linie, der heutigen Linie U1, und besteht aus einem 360 Meter langen und 26 Meter breiten gemauerten Viadukt.
