Fantastic staff, great amenities including a biz center, gym and pool. Apartment windows are poor quality and it gets colder in winter than any building I've lived in, in my 10+ years in NYC.

Great apartments for the price. The location is great as well. Amenities are also really good. Winter time is cold, so get a separate space heater.

The staff here is great! All of the front desk staff are super friendly. For dog owners they supply waste bags at the front desk.

Use window insulation kits (industrial plastic wrap) to help reduce the ice build-ups inside your apartment in winter.

Renovating several parts of the building that will be complete by Memorial Day. This will be one of the best buildings in JC!

Renters BEWARE of HiGH electric bills. Over $500 per month Dec-March. Don't say I didn't WARN you. Almost 3k a year.
