Make sure to look at the shower...garden tub vs stand only shower. I also like the kitchen but make sure to think how well ur furniture will match...I forgot I had all expresso stuff so didn't match.

Bld 1 has much better workout room but bld 2 has prettier kitchen, quieter neighbors, and much better pool/hot tub set up. Choose wisely. And make sure you know how far from garage your apt is...

Don't like this place, glad to be leaving. If fall into the trap, live on the top floor, having "wood" floors on the 2nd and 3rd floors of apartments are a terrible idea and you'll hate it.
