The Indian nurse drawing blood was a real professional & really good! Really helped to put us at ease.

The staff at the front desk, need to be more knowledgeable

The service rendered by the front desk staff should improve. 3x that I visited in a span of 1 year, it's just as unpleasant as the previous.

There's free WiFi here. Just obtain the password from the scrolling marquee at the tv.

It doesn't feels like a medical centre, more like some spa centre instead. Lol

They have a very bad system. Although I arrive on time, I still have to wait more than 45 mins. I do not understand how a shady operation like MHC manage to get this contract with CPF board.
