In the 2nd waiting room (after you've paid) ask the lady to try her tennis racket-looking fly swatter. Hit the two buttons on the side and nab a mosquito on the wall.

Watch where you park. When times up they come for yah!!!!!! Also you won't get vehicle back unless you got ALL proper documentation.

The people here were very nice & friendly even at 8:30 am. The wait wasn't long & the place was clean!

The pound itself is ok tho they don't answer the phone. But tow employees should tell you to check the website before you go here. And there should be signs up about the website.

This place is hell. Staff has no clue right or left. Lucky to have jobs with the bureaucracy. Couldn't get jobs anywhere else.
