A young lady by the name of Sam attended to us. Very pleasant and helpful, attentive as well when she noticed we were trying to figure out sizes. Worth the money

I have to agree with the last tip- the staff was not knowledgeable on the products. They couldn't tell me why one backpack was better than another.

Lousy service. Sales staff has attitude problem. One rule about customer service is not to talk down to customer, as customer may b more knowledgeable than you.
