Main office for the 20th isn't nearly as bad as the rest, but sometimes you still have to wait a long time downstairs to get a number.

Longest waiting time. Unfriendly staff. Unnecessary paperwork for eu citizens. Bring a pen, a copy of your documents And a lot of patience. This place is a bureaucracy horror.

Лучше приходить к обеду, быстрее справитесь. По любому вопросу становиться сначала в очередь, получаете номерок и идете ждать своей очереди уже на этаже

На входе из автомата получаете первый номерок, потом в окошко и вам дают уже номерок конкретно по вашему вопросу. ВНИМАТЕЛЬНО изучите список документов, которые нужно принести. Касса на 6 этаже
