Glenn SchmittAugust 2, 2018Treat the agents right, they’ll treat you right. Can you imagine the number of people these agents deal with on a daily basis, and a lot of them are not bringing sugar and honey when they speak.

The area with gates B1-11 can only be accessed 30 minutes prior to departure. Once you enter the area, you cannot leave. No restrooms or vending here.
Economy Plus is a great option for extra leg room! I’m 6’6” and find it to be very comfortable.
Pat CarrollMarch 20, 2019Hi Houston! I arrive IAH via UA Monday 3-25-19 to pick up puppy & fly home same day. Return UA flight departs 49 minutes later. Is it possible to go thru TSA again, & still make my flight? Help!
