Kevin BorchersNovember 18, 2013Friendly and kind Starbucks service, but grab your morning coffee and head east on 96th. Sit in the park between Lex and 3rd Ave. Watch the trains, watch people, relax a bit with some great coffee.
I think we know... It's not about the coffee. It's all about the wifi. Just keep your head down and your headphones on and you can surf to your heart's content without a purchase.

They are out of one ingredient. So I move to the next item. The caramel. They are out as well. Finally I moved to 3rd item on menu.

Don't expect your coffee in a New York minute. Make sure you have about 20 to kill. A tortoise moves faster than these baristas.

Friendly and cozy the way a coffee shop should be, but super slow service no matter the time of day.
Service is pretty slow, and there's never a seat open. This neighborhood needs a better coffee joint.
The nicest staff of any of the locations I've ever been to, and I've been to many around the country. Conveniently located right near the subway station.
