Upside: trees, parking, more affordable, near the 280. Downside: getting into the city is a bastard and college kids generally don't make the most considerate neighbors.- They've been renovating the towers. The changes are modern and clean. Love it! But it makes me wonder if they'll kick everyone out and turn it all into condos.
Still expensive. Terrible parking situation without buying a spot for a ridiculous amount.
on your way out in the morning stop by the main office and hit up their free espresso machine, its like free starbucks.
