Beds are amazing as others stated. I booked with American Express and got Executive room even though they were sold out through Hyatt's site. A+ service and the best place to stay for Wizard World.
I can honestly say this is one of my favorite hotels, simply because of the staff. They're all so friendly and help you out with everything. My flight got cancelled and the bell boys became my BFFs.
Avoid $30 valet or $22 overnight self-park rates by telling the attendant you're "going to the bar." Have your ticket validated at the bar and you can park for 3 hours (free of charge).
Huge hotel complex with a nice feeling. Good service, nice rooms, good sports bar/restaurant, cafe etc. It’s a good choice if you are in that area. Close to public transport if needed.
Great hotel and service, if you are having problems at the airport, give them a chance, you'll feel better after a good night of sleep. Don't worry about your flight, take a nap.
Stuck in Chicago coming back from Spain for 5 nights because of Irene. Staff was awesome Red Bar was busy every night so you didn't have to go fat for a nice night! Overall, happy.
AVOID !! Very noisy hotel-avoid rooms on outer periphery as they seem to have thin walls. I can easily hear train passing through/aircraft landing. Would rather stay @ Westin/ Marriott down the street
The staff isn't coordinated...everyone has a different story a out transportation. Nobody seems to know a definite answer to any question asked. Never staying here again'
Not a horrible experience but hardly worth the price and the cost of food and coffee shop items. There are probably better options around for a short stay near ORD.
Thin crust pizza at Ref Bar is good if pricey. They charge for Internet throughout hotel which is inexcusable in a 4 star hotel. Staff is professional.
people are nice.no free computer access..no complimentary breakfast.must get dbl bed room(very noisy) 4 bathtub unless upgraded 2 executive suite..maintenance was needed twice..not happy here :(
Besides the rocking view of the parking lot, DO NOT get anything delivered for you at this hotel. They charge U$ 5,00 for each package. If you,ve got 5 envelopes, you'll pay 25 dollars. How cool is th
