The "chilled water charge" is from A/C usage, not refrigerator water.- Do not move in this building!!! The leasing office is incompetent. Crescent Heights needs to wake up. They will ruin this place. Buyer beware! Don't forget neighbor on neighbor crime.
- The constant pounding of construction above your head is a headache.
- Don't drink the refrigerator water. You'll get a $130 bill at end of month! :(
