    When CNA says to call the # on the patient whiteboard she can't come in & tell you NOT to call that # in a scolding manner to my mom when DOU 5th floor Margarita CNA didn't check if the # was correct

    Some people who work in the ER are rude with the exception of admitting. The people who evaluate you and release you need to work on their customer service
