consider The hotel restaurant as your real last option: prefer the many restaurants at the contiguous Euroma2 shopping mall.
My room is in the building 3. This is more like a student’s hostel than 4* hotel. Small room, empty bar, only cold water after 10PM, paper walls, loud students everywhere. Expensive and uncomfortable.
