The star at this sleek power hub is the prime Bone-In Ribeye. Dry-aged 35 days and butchered onsite, the rich, slightly mineral-flavored cut arrives at your table with the perfect caramelized crust. Read more

Probably one of the nicest steak places in Chicago, and you can’t beat the view of the river during the summer. The filet and ribeyes are done to perfection, complemented by a well-curated wine list.

Steak. Any of them but I always get the smallest filet. Add the truffle scalloped potatoes if you want to indulge. Great outdoor seating on the river with heat lamps so you can enjoy into the Fall.

WOW! Where do I begin: outdoor seating, in-house aged steaks, truffle scalloped potatoes, top-notch service by Stephen (request him!!!) What more can be said for a fabulous dining experience???

Great service. Delish steak and seafood. Extensive wine selection! Can improve on table spacing (too close to each other) and acoustics. Choice of music repertoire a little too upbeat and pop.

So, this is a steak place, but I have never had a steak. I cannot get past the fantastic appetizers. The crab & avocado and a simple shrimp cocktail, and I don't need an entree.

Chicago Cut brings big steaks, chops and seafood, cooked impeccably by chef Jackie Shen. Add in great cocktails and a bustling room and this spot is a winner. [Eater 38 Member]

Crowded and noisy, though rather elegant. The meat is first class and so are the prices ! In-bone ribeye perfect. Desserts may be skipped (key lime pie : no).

The restaurant’s name is a synonym for their signature cut of beef—the bone-in ribeye. It’s a deeply marbled 26-ounce steak seared on a charbroiler with a touch of sea salt and black pepper.

The majority - who at our company lunch outing ordered marbled filets 'medium', had them come out closer to well done. Maybe they were 'off' because of the lunch rush. We'll give them another shot.

How many steak houses offer sushi or a chicken BLT? A stand out for its setting overlooking river and its minimization of masculine trappings. 600+-wine list strong on young Cali and Oregon reds.
