All time favorite seafood restaurant! Loved their smoked red snapper with orzo & artichoke dish but they unfortunately no longer make that. Highly recommend the house salad & the bread pudding though.
Scampi was a tad salty...Halibut was delish. Didn't care for the gnocchi but the trufflemashed was a great side. Guavadaiquiri ok. A bit overpriced for that but not terrible where I won't return.
Have the calamari, fish and chips, sweet corn and lobster risotto, and mac & cheese. And Skip the Sous Chef is so personable. Oceanaire is serious about seafood!
Landry’s Restaurant, Inc., the ever-expanding seafood empire helmed by Tilman J. Fertitta, recently acquired the Oceanaire. We'll keep you posted on any changes.
It's really sad how the landry's corporation took over and ruined this place. Added all these fried platters to the menu and the quality and flavor has suffered. But I hear that's what they do best
Waiters here are rude and snobby. Don't expect good service unless you look like you're made of money. On the bright side: the carrot cake serves 4 and is simply divine.
