- Blair AllenSeptember 15, 2018Chuy's is a Texas institution - most Texans are 33% Jalapeno Ranch, true story. Pop over for lunch or dinner any day for the friendliest service. Happy Hour is 4-7 and they have a FREE nacho car!
Free queso during the weekday happy hour from the car in the bar. The waiters will still try to sell you some if you don't know IT IS FREE!
Ask for Justin S. if you come in the evening. he's the most awesome waiter there. And don't forget, they have the BEST strawberry margaritas!

Try the Green-chile infused El Jimador Silver tequila. Very different but very awesome!!
If this place is busy, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Service absolutely sucks when there's a crowd!!
