I paid extra to stay in a female dom, but they put males in occasionally as well. I'm not happy since they charge extra for female dom. Great location though. Also free make your own pancake everyday.

Great staff, tenderloin so a little sketch but otherwise awesome location off market near Bart/muni etc. need more showers and toilets! Just pancakes for b/fast. Have private rooms. Food is expensive!

Shit hostel. Staff have no idea what they are doing most of the time. Asking for a key deposit but not having enough keys to give everyone. 1 key between 3 people. Sketchy ass place! Last ditch resort

awful place.hot water is smth rare.in female dorms they settle boys and they are ok with it.staff isn't always friendly

The big Chinese guy, at the reception (working at night) was threatening to throw us out because we put some music on in the common room. He's enjoying to take advantage of his position! Disgusting!

Avoid. The common area stinks, the shower water is very small. Sketchy place. Don't mistake it with the San Francisco Hostel International which is a way better hostel than this one.

Not quiet. NEVER. No towels. No private lockers for luggage in the room. Also it is cold too. If someone asks about this hostel, i would say DONT STAY - even though the price is cheap!

One of the employees is extremely rude and sarcastic when treating with guest and is always arguing with somebody, i hope he gets fired because personaly he treated me really bad.

Free vodka shots for the ladies can end up very messily as demonstrated by the drunk Dutch girl in our dorm.

There were mice and cockroaches in the rooms and showers. There is no breakfast. It's a dirty sh*thole, but hey, it's cheap!

Best hostel in SF. Right downtown near powell station and the secret underground party bunker with free beer is a nice bonus

Pros: Económico y ubicación privilegiada pues se encuentra a unas cuadras de Union Square, de la estación principal del cable car y del metro. Contras: Sucio y viejo.

Atendimento fraco, pessoal confuso. Dependendo do andar, o wi-fi não funciona. Banheiro não tem cortina, não tem toalha, não tem sabonete.
