Daniel OonSeptember 20, 2013Once you leave the plane a rep from Jetquay would be there to receive you, if you have opt for the Jetside service you would be driven on the tarmac which is a huge plus for client's/personal privacy.

Latte's here are so much better than the regular (undrinkable) espresso/coffee - ask the staff nicely!

Service occasionally be unreliable and the use of temp staff makes it worse. Reception or managers are unapologetic of any service lapses. Perhaps too many of them thus lapses bring a usual.

Service is going down. Also the food has not changed in a year, and is worse than at main terminal lounges.
