Chris KonecnyApril 8, 2015Eat here for lunch! Their version of a Mediterranean salad is excellent (add house roasted local turkey). Also a cheese and charcuterie counter. These folks are super knowledgable too
Helga ThorsmithJuly 14, 2019Calichevre special sandwich was delicious! Only 6 chairs @ 3 tables, so take a picnic somewhere if it's busy. It started really raining outside when we arrived & we easily sat at a table at 2 pm.

David ShefferOctober 17, 2011Gale's Rootbeer is the best! Grab a Bocadillo sandwich. Rodembach beer is so smooth you will think you are drinking a glass of wine. And if you are in the mood for cheese try the Saint Agur.

The Sinfully Healthy may be the most delicious sandwich ever created. Don't be fooled by the name, there's enough cheese on it to kill a lactose intolerant.

Every sandwich I've had is great. Staff is nice. Always really busy at lunch and can be difficult to move around. Long lines, even if you call ahead.

I'm not a sandwich eater but these are outstanding. Bennison's bread is in house daily. 40% off on day old loaves. Folks this is a real chesse shop complete with wine.- The Club Nuovo and Sinfully Healthy are delicious but you can't go wrong with anything.

the duck confit sandwich is the best sandwich in the area, by far! ...expect to wait 20-30 minutes though even for takeout, and even if you call ahead.
The serrano jam in the deli counter is fantastic! Buy a few slices and save for home.- Welcome to my hood. If you ask, the peeps at pastoral will team the perfect cheese to go with your wine. The sandwiches are great too.

Excellent sandwiches, pate and cheese. Grab a bottle of Pellegrino and sit outside and enjoy.
The Carr Valley Marisa cheese is amazing... One of the best cheeses I've ever had :)

You know what I don't appreciate? Being told in the world's most condescending tone that cheese/meat plates need to be phoned in now. So, uh, fair warning.
Look, the sandwiches are good, but I've regularly waited 20 minutes for a sandwich after ordering. Very slow, not a good choice for lunch.
