Avoid Sunday afternoons and evenings - the lines are insane. Otherwise, can't go wrong with Trader Joes. Try the chocolate covered pomegranate seeds. Try one of the many frozen entrees TJ's offers. I like the Chicken Tikka Masala personally.

Get the roasted red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic with their sea salted pita chips. Makes for a great snack!
Avoid on Mondays after work -- tends to get super crazy from 5-8. Otherwise, great layout. Produce is by far the best value in the area.
Amazing place to get good quality organic food for a really reasonable price.

They carry spirits now in addition to beer & wine! Awesome!- Charles Shaw wine is $3 a bottle! Wine and craft beer selections are great here.
Shop during the day to avoid lines + get some dark chocolate peanut butter cups and you'll go home happy.
