MattSeptember 14, 2013I really enjoyed the Genovese Pizza, it really hit the spot. The potatos were good and crisp, the crust was very tasty, definetley glad I ordered it. I also ordered the Bruschetta which was super too.

We opened Pizzeria Paradiso so we could make the kind of pizza where the crust was the most important part. We started with a wood-burning oven. We also wanted our guests to feel like they were being treated to the comfort of home, so we placed the oven at the heart of the restaurant.
